WHAT IS THE HOME & SCHOOL CLUB?
The Home & School Club is Graystone’s version of a PTA. We are a group of parents, teachers, and administrators dedicated to improving the educational opportunities for all students at Graystone. In addition to providing funds for vital programs, salaries of specialty teachers, and supplemental classroom supplies, H&SC promotes cooperation between parents and faculty and strives to create an environment where every child can flourish.

We Hope You'll Participate
Graystone is an outstanding school because we have tremendous parental support. There are literally hundreds of opportunities to volunteer and become involved in our H&SC funded programs. We hope you will attend our monthly H&SC meetings, held the first Tuesday of every month in the cafeteria after the morning bell, and learn about what’s going on at school and how you can help. At each meeting, we discuss upcoming projects, any current information about what’s happening at school, and hear from faculty liaisons and our principal Mrs. Spencer.
We Rely On Your Support
All of the programs listed above are funded by the generous donations of our members. Our membership drive is our biggest fundraiser of the year and takes place during the first four weeks of school, but anyone can become a member of the H&SC at any time throughout the year.
H&SC also holds the following fundraisers during the school year:
- Spring Celebration Walk-a-thon and Silent Auction
- Cash Card sales
- Diner’s Nights
- eScrip participation
We hope each family will become a member of the H&SC with a donation to the membership drive, and that you will support our fundraisers by contributing your time and money. With all of the families at our school working together, we can continue to make Graystone a fantastic place for our children!
