Reason to Join

Graystone School relies on H&SC to provide more than $200 per student in benefits. In addition, membership entitles you to vote on budget issues and expenditures. It gives you a voice in the organization and you receive a student directory. Our membership drive is the largest fundraiser of the year. Membership dollars go directly to our children. In addition, the H&SC gives each teacher $30 per student to use for supplies in their classroom.

Additionally, we fund the Music Program, Science Program and the Media Center. We also support the computer labs, safety patrol, and purchase PE equipment for the school. The H&SC financially impacts many areas of the school. We ask that each family contribute $155 per student to join the H&SC to fund its many programs and events.

Corporate Matching Programs

The Graystone Home and School Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our tax ID is: 94 - 2429760. Donations are tax deductible, and many companies offer grant and gift matching programs.

Here is a partial list of companies that have matched donations in the past. Employees must obtain a matching form from their employer, fill out the appropriate section, and forward it to treasurer@graystonhsc.org. Our employee matching program is a valuable program to the H&SC and has raised over $10,000 in past membership drives. Please take the time to find out if your employer will match a donation.
